CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE
These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and carried out according to the laws of the Greece, in exclusion of its choice of law rules.
Each party concurs to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Greece, and ignores any other jurisdictional venue, or inconvenient forum, and supports objections to such courts.
Also, each party concurs to the following:
• any statement or claim made for the enforcement these terms and conditions must be initiated within two (2) years of the cause of action ensuing;
• no reclamation or recovery of any form may be demanded or derived for damages other than the out-of-pocket expenses;
• an exception may occur when the predominant party is required to cover the costs and attorneys’ fees;
• and any statement or claim is expected to be brought individually and not as a part of a group or class action grievance.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DISSOLUTION
Any obligations and liabilities incurred before the dissolution date of these Terms and Conditions shall supersede the dissolution of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms and Conditions remain effective and governing until the dissolution by either you or us. You may dissolute these Terms and Conditions at any period by informing us that you no longer wish or want to access or use our Services, or when you stop using any of our Services.
If based on our sole discretion, you fail or refuse, or we notice or suspect that you have failed or refused, to adhere to any of the provisions made in these Terms and Conditions, we also may dissolute this agreement at any period without prior notice and you will remain legally responsible for all amounts due up to and together with the date of dissolution; and/or consequently may deny you access to any aspect of our Services.

REFUNDS POLICY
Any User has the right to cancel his/her subscription at any time, and we will cancel any upcoming charges from his/her card.
However, we cannot refund any monthly payments that have already taken place, and after the cancellation of your subscription, you will lose access to some of your previous subscription.

DELIVERY POLICY
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
We renew your subscription after the expiration date. You should notify Nummuspay before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription to prevent renewal. For an upgrade, it can be canceled at any time by submitting your request to Nummuspay in writing.
